Mr. Johnson & His Loaded Dice

Coming out of the bright lights of Reno Nevada, is a Country and Western act that is ready to take you back to some Golden Country Music! Hitting the stage for the first time in 2021, Mr. Johnson brings old classics back along with some newer influences such as, Ray Price, Eddie Noack, George Jones, Joe Diffie, Garth Brooks, and even George Strait!
Zachery (Mr.) Johnson's ear blessing vocals and unwavering guitar playing pair exquisitely with a harmonious steel guitar and cut throat backline.
Jonah Winchester, the Pedal Steel Extraordinaire! Having grown up in Wyoming and moving to Reno at 10, Jonah has been a Desert Native for quite some time now. Studying Jazz guitar for over 25 years, Jonah decided to pick up the Pedal Steel and has been eating up the competition with his meaningful melodies that could make even a Gold Miner cry.
Coming in on the Upright Bass is the one and only, Thunderous Hand Slappin, J.P. Hogfat! Having played in many Punkabilly and Hardcore bands, D has gone back to his Desert roots to slap the bass to a more traditional beat. Growing up in Yerington, D is no stranger to Country Music and farmland but has new influence and direction for the ever changing world of Country/Western.
Lastly is Luci Rose! The Snare Smackin, Smoking Hot, Beat of the Band! Having just picked up the sticks in Feb of 2023, Luci has been showing her rhythm and time like no one's business! Being given the nickname "The Atomic Clock" Luci has been cutting her teeth hard with Mr. J for the last few months and will be a forced to be reckoned with before you know it!
Mr. Johnson is climbing his way to the top and becoming THE premier Country/Western band in the Northern NV/CA Area. See for yourself!

(AI Edit):
Straight outta Reno's bright lights, Mr. Johnson isn't your average country act. This band brings back the glory days of Golden Country with a modern twist. Formed in 2021, they pack a powerful punch with Mr. Johnson's soulful vocals and scorching guitar work, perfectly complemented by the weeping steel guitar and a tight, driving rhythm section.

A Band Steeped in Tradition, Spiced with Fresh Inspiration:

Mr. Johnson himself pays homage to country legends like Ray Price, Eddie Noack, George Jones, while adding a touch of Garth Brooks and George Strait for good measure.
Jonah Winchester, the "Pedal Steel Extraordinaire," weaves his magic on the steel guitar, conjuring emotions with every note. This Wyoming native, now a Reno resident, brings over 25 years of musical experience to the band.
J.P. Hogfat, aka "Thunderous Hand Slappin' J.P.," lays down the low-end groove on the upright bass. A former Punkabilly and Hardcore bassist, J.P. brings his desert roots and a fresh perspective to the classic sound.
Luci Rose, the newest member, is quickly earning the nickname "The Atomic Clock" with her flawless drumming. This rising star adds a dynamic energy to the band's rhythm section.
Mr. Johnson is on a mission to become the premier Country/Western act in Northern Nevada and California. Don't miss your chance to experience their electrifying blend of classic country swagger and modern edge!

Catch them live and see why everyone's talking about Mr. Johnson!

The Will Shamberger Band

Hailing from Fallon, Nevada, the Will Shamberger Band is a four-piece group led by vocalist and rhythm guitarist Will Shamberger. Laying down the low end is bassist Jesse Morrow, while Charlie Gomes shreds on lead guitar and Stone Suess keeps the beat on drums.

This Fallon foursome draws inspiration from blues and metal, creating a sound that's both powerful and engaging. With a live EP under their belt, radio play, and an album on the horizon, The Will Shamberger Band is making waves in the Nevada music scene.

Madeiros Drive

Fresh off the scene and already taking Reno, Nevada by storm, Madeiros Drive is a country/rock/honkytonk outfit bringing a high-octane blend of classic twang and modern grit.

This newly formed four-piece has wasted no time carving their path in the Northern Nevada country music scene. They've proven their chops on stage, opening for acts like Aaron Watson, and securing a spot at this year's Night in the Country Music Festival. This up and coming band is one you won't want to miss!

Texas Red's Last Request

Based out of Reno, NV, Texas Red's Last Request takes you back to the roots of country music and brings you new tunes to remind you of simpler times. TRLR pays tribute to the classics you'd hear in a Bakersfield honky tonk or Texas dancehall, complete with enough pedal steel, fiddle and accordion to make Bob Wills proud. Frontman and songwriter Colin Sturrock combines clever wordplay, raw emotion and a shufflin' backbeat into unique tunes inspired by country greats from his native Texas. Since relocating to Northern Nevada in 2023, Colin found kindred spirits in his love of traditional country music in Brian Johnson (guitar), Rob Focha (pedal steel), Gabe Plank (fiddle and accordion), and Jimmy Bozzio (drums). Put that all together and you've got a hot little honky tonk five-piece that's ready to get the two-steppin' started.
